When Avaya Breeze® platform uses System Manager CA signed Identity Certificates, it is necessary to obtain the System Manager root CA certificate to be added to the Trust Store of peer devices that connect to Avaya Breeze® platform, such as Communication Manager or SIP devices. This section describes how to obtain the System Manager root CA certificate.
In System Manager, click Services Security Certificates Authority.
In CA Functions, click CA Structure & CRLs.
On the main page, click Download PEM file.
Save the file.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
To avoid HTTP download issues, save the file with the .txt extension.
