Configuring Microsoft Azure SAML authorization in Avaya Breeze® platform

Prolog information
  1. On System Manager, click ElementsAvaya Breeze®Configuration AuthorizationAuthentication Mechanism and select the Authorization Mechanism type.
  2. Click Change Authentication Mechanism.
  3. In Authentication Mechanism, select SAML.
  4. Under Change Authentication Method Type, set the following values:
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    • Select Authentication Mechanism: SAML
    • Should SAML requests be signed: (Leave it as is)
    • Attribute Used as UserID: Can be one of the following, based on your Microsoft Azure account:
      http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2005/05/identity/claims/emailaddress
      http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2005/05/identity/claims/givenname
      http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2005/05/identity/claims/name
      http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2005/05/identity/claims/upn
    • Authentication Context: Password Protected Transport
    • Authentication Context Comparison Type: exact
    • Identity Provider Metadata File: breeze1.xml or breeze2.xml
