This document provides instructions for administering Avaya Breeze® platform and for installing and administering snap-ins running on Avaya Breeze® platform. Examples of Avaya snap-ins you can use include Context Store, Engagement Designer, and Work Assignment.

Snap-ins are also referred to as services. Some functionality is provided by a group of services. Customers, business partners, and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) can use Avaya Breeze® platform as the deployment vehicle for their applications or services.
