After you upload log files, the support personnel can retrieve and interpret the log files. Avaya Workspaces retains the uploaded log files for 5 days.
You can upload log files during one of the following scenarios:
  • Activating your session.
  • Activation fails.
  • After logging in to Avaya Workspaces.
Note:
If you do not have access to the Upload button, contact Avaya Support.
Avaya Support can retrieve Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud tenant environment browser logs from agent's internet browser.
