When agents that use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge minimize the Avaya Workspaces tab or leave the tab idle for a while, their status changes to Not Ready and they do not receive incoming calls.
To avoid this issue, on the Google Chrome browser window, navigate to SettingsPerformanceAlways keep these sites active and use the Add option to enter the following URL: avayacloud.com. If you are an agent or supervisor using Avaya Workspaces for CRM, screen pops, and widgets, enter the following URLs:
  • salesforce.com for Salesforce
  • servicenow.com for ServiceNow
  • dynamics.com and microsoft.com for Dynamics 365
As an enterprise IT administrator, to deploy these URLs as a Group Policy setting across an enterprise environment, you can add the following string in the Group Policy Object (GPO):

In a Citrix VDI environment, you can use the following browsers: Microsoft Edge Chromium (Windows and Chrome OS) and Google Chrome (Windows and Chrome OS).
Note:
  • Citrix version must be 7 1912 LTSR or later.
  • Citrix Workspace client version must be 23.11.1.140 (2311.1) or later.
