You can insert inline images in an email of an active email contact. Avaya Workspaces supports images that are in .apng, .bmp, .gif, .ico, .jpeg .jpg, .png, .psd, .svg, .tif, .tiff, or .webp formats. The maximum size of the image is 3 MB and the maximum size of an outbound email, including images and attachments, is 10 MB. In an email, an agent can have a maximum of five images at a time.
