A dashboard is a collection of one or more real-time data views for reporting supervisors and reporting administrators. Views determine the type and number of measures and the visualization type for the dashboard data. Realtime Reporting supports the following views:
Bar chart
Pie chart
Column chart
Billboard
Table
You can create, edit, clone, share, import, or export dashboards depending on your user role.
Reporting supervisors can create a maximum of 60 private dashboards, which are visible only to the supervisor that creates them. All users can also make a clone of an existing dashboard. Cloned dashboards are private, but reporting administrators can share dashboards and make them public to anyone who has access to Realtime Reporting.
Billboard views
By default, billboard views scale to a two-columns-by-two-rows (2x2) configuration. You can view up to 28 billboard views on a single dashboard in a 2x2 configuration. This configuration is meant for large screens and is not optimized for the minimum screen resolution of 1920 x 1080. However, after you add billboard views to a dashboard, you can resize the view to a 4x4 configuration. Supervisors can access and edit these dashboards on different devices of various screen sizes and resolutions.
