Starting with System Manager 10.2.x, the administration of Avaya Aura® Messaging (AAM) is no longer supported. If you have an older release, then before upgrading to System Manager 10.2.x, you must first clean the AAM data from System Manager. If you do not clean the AAM data before upgrading, you risk running into user management issues. There is no impact on Avaya Messaging, formerly known as Avaya IX™ Messaging and Officelinx.
