Obtaining System Manager configuration details

Procedure

  1. Log in to System Manager CLI as cust and switch to root.
  2. Run the script # /opt/avaya/common_services/prepopulate_local.sh
  3. Note down the following System Manager configuration details:

    • Hostname

    • IP address

    • Netmask

    • Gateway

    • DNS

    • NTP

    • Domain

    • smgrVFQDNHostname

    • smgrVFQDNDomain

  4. To note down the details of all installed product licenses, log in to System Manager web console and go to Services > Licenses > WebLM Home.
