This backup procedure requires the following remote access information for destination of the backup image:
A server IP address
A directory path
A user ID and password to access server on the network
Log in to the Communication Manager web interface.
In the navigation pane, select Data Backup/Restore Backup Now.

Enter the required information on the Backup Now page.

From Release 10.2, encryption of backup files is mandatory. You must remember the pass phrase to restore the encrypted data.
