Restarting a J100 phone
This process restarts the phone.
- Access the administration menu:
- If shown on the display, press Admin. Otherwise, press More and Admin or press
and select Administration. - Enter the administration password and press Enter. These phones do not support pressing # to enter the password.
- If shown on the display, press Admin. Otherwise, press More and Admin or press
- Scroll down to and select Restart phone.
- Press Restart.
