To install certificates, you must first enable the Certificates Snap-in for the Microsoft Management Console (mmc).
  1. Click the Start .
  2. Select Run and type mmc.
  3. Click File and select Add/Remove Snap in.
  4. Select Certificates from the Available Snap-ins box and click Add.
  5. Select Computer Account and click Next.
  6. Select Local Computer and click Finish.
  7. Click OK.
  8. Return to MCC.
