With the Calendar feature, the phone accesses the Microsoft® Exchange Server calendar. It displays reminders for meetings or appointments on the phone screen.

When Exchange Calendar is active, the phone displays the appointments in the order of their start times. The phone removes the appointments after the meeting time expires. The phone updates calendar information each time the user logs in to the phone.
