Downloadable directory

With the Downloadable directory feature, you can create a .xml directory file to use as a global contacts list. During reboot or periodic updates, the phone downloads the directory file from the file server to the flash memory. Users can select the directory in the Contacts application to use the directory contacts.

The phone users cannot modify the directory contacts.

Note:

Avaya J129 IP Phone does not support Downloadable directory.
