Editing summaries

The summary might contain misleading or inaccurate information because of the nature of AI. You can edit a summary to make the information more accurate. You can edit the summary when the interaction ends and the agent state is After Contact Work.
Before you begin
Ensure the your agent state is After Contact Work and the interaction has ended.
  1. In the Summarization pane, click the Edit icon.
  2. Edit the summary text.
  3. Click Update.
