Viewing a Real-time Reporting dashboard

You can view the real-time reporting dashboards on the Dashboard Viewer page. You can view the shared dashboards and the dashboards that you create. The Dashboard Viewer does not display the private dashboards that the other agents and supervisors create.
You can add new filters to your dashboards on the Dashboard Viewer page. You can also drag and drop the measure columns to change the order of the measure columns on the Dashboard Viewer page.
The temporary order of the measure columns on the Dashboard Viewer page reverts to default after you clear your browser cache or local storage. The temporary filters you add on the Dashboard Viewer page are retained only when switching between dashboards. You can edit a view or a dashboard to add filters or change the order of the measure columns permanently.
  1. Log in to Realtime Reporting.
  2. On the Dashboard Viewer page, select the dashboard to view.
  3. To apply a filter to the dashboard, for the required view, click Filter.
  4. In the Measure list, select the required measure.
  5. In the Operator list, select the required operator.
  6. In the Value list, type the measure string or number.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Dashboard Viewer page displays the list of filtered view measures.
  7. To change the order of the measure columns in a table, drag and drop the columns.
  8. To add more filters, click the Add New icon and repeat steps 3 to 6.
