Logging in to Avaya Workspaces with SSO

Agents can also log in with Single Sign-On (SSO), a standard browser redirect-based SSO that uses the SAMLv2 protocol. To configure SSO, you must contact your account administrator.
Before you begin
Obtain a URL to Avaya Workspaces from your account administrator.
Ensure that you configured the browser settings as recommended. For more information about the browser settings, see Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud Solution Description.
  1. In your browser, enter the Avaya Workspaces URL.
  2. Click the name of the SAML Identity Provider to initiate the SSO process.
  3. If you see the Application Center dashboard, click Avaya Workspaces.
  4. On the Activate Agent page, select an emergency location.
  5. Click Activate.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    Avaya Workspaces displays the Welcome page and an interaction area with start work options. You can view work options that your account administrator configures in Application Center Administration. For more information about configuring start work options, see UX profile field descriptions.
  6. Click the start work option that your account administrator configures.
    STEP RESULT:
    Avaya Workspaces places you in the respective state for customer interactions.
