Therefore, when you upgrade Avaya Oceana®, you must install the latest out-of-the-box workflows and verify the basic functionality of Avaya Oceana®.

After you verify that Avaya Oceana® is working as expected, you can migrate the customizations of the earlier workflows to the latest workflows.
