Adding the database items and calculations for the SELECT portion of the query window

About this task

Use this window to add and remove database items and calculations that you want included in the query.

Procedure

  1. Use Move Up and Move Down to change the order of the items in the Query Items box.
  2. Remove an item from the list, highlight an item in the Query Items list, and then select Remove.
  3. Edit an item in the Query Itemsbox, highlight the item, and then select Edit.

    The Select Edit window is displayed.

Example

To create a custom calculation in the edit box, add callsoffered - to the Abncalls item. This changes the item to callsoffered - abncalls.
