Adding, removing, or rearranging data items

Procedure

  1. Do one of the following actions:

    To…

    Then select an item on the Data on Chart list and…

    Add data items to the chart

    Select Add.

    Remove data items from the chart

    Select Delete.

    Rearrange the order in which items display on the chart

    Use Up and Down to move the item to the appropriate place on the list.
  2. Select Apply to make the changes and to keep the Chart Format Options window open.
  3. Select OK to make the changes and to close the Chart Format Options window.
