Sets whether the Local OCSP URL or the Certificate's OCSP URL should be used in the event both are defined when validating a certificate using OCSP.

The URL of the Certificate Authority specified by the “set ocsp-local-url” CLI command will be used to validate the certificate when establishing an TLS connection with Communication Manager.
