In the Avaya Cloud Office environment, you can monitor the DND state of other users. You act as a monitoring user while the users whose state you observe are monitored users.

If the monitored users enable the DND state on their phones, their presence state is shown as DND on the monitoring phone even if they are on an active call.

If a monitoring user sets the DND state on their phone, the phone ignores incoming call pop-ups and alerting ringtones from the monitored users.
