With the Caller ID feature, you can view and change the extension number displayed to external recipients from your deskphone.
A dedicated feature button on your phone screen displays your active outbound extension number. You can press the button to open a list of other approved numbers. You can switch to these approved extension numbers from your personal direct line to a main company or department number without needing to log in to a computer or mobile app.
Note:
Changing the number on your deskphone does not change the settings on your desktop or mobile softphone apps. It also does not affect shared feature numbers like Fax or Call Flip.
