Importing locations

About this task

You can import a list of locations to an existing location list.

Before you begin

Fill in the details for each template, such as location, time zone, Communication Manager location, tenant partition number, home location, and enable 911inform. Save the spreadsheet file on your computer in the .csv format.

Procedure

  1. From System Admin, go to General > Locations.
  2. On the Locations page, click Import.
  3. Click Choose File, find the spreadsheet to import, and click Open.
  4. Optional Modify Bulk Request Name.
  5. Click Next.
  6. Review the valid and invalid entries.

    To remove the invalid entries, clear the check boxes that are related to the invalid entries.

  7. Click Submit.
