Getting data from server for the Call Management System template

About this task

When you add or edit a Call Management System template, you can use the get data from server button to populate the values in the Call Management System template.

Procedure

  1. From System Admin, go to Templates > CMS.
  2. Do one of the following:
    • To add a new template, do the following:

      1. Click Add.

      2. Click Get Data from Server.

        System Admin displays the Get Template Data From Server dialog box.

      3. In the Identifier field, type LoginName.

      4. In the Server field, select the server.

      5. Click Get Template Data.

    • To edit a template, do the following:

      1. Find the Call Management System template to update and click the Edit icon.

      2. Click Get Data from Server.

        System Admin displays the Get Template Data From Server dialog box.

      3. In the Identifier field, type LoginName.

      4. Click Get Template Data.

    System Admin populates the values in the new or the existing Call Management System template with entries from the server.
