Adding an extension range

Procedure

  1. From System Admin, go to Phone Numbers > Extension Ranges.
  2. On the Extension Ranges page, click Add.

    System Admin displays the Add dialog box.

  3. In the Range Start field, type the extension start range.
  4. In the Range End field, type the extension end range.
  5. From the CM Name list, select the required Communication Manager to filter the list.
  6. In the Ext Type field, select the type of extension.
  7. In the Routing Setting field, select the status of the setting.
  8. Click Add.
