Prerequisites for enabling FIPS

The following are the prerequisites for enabling FIPS in Proactive Outreach Manager:

  • The operating system must be in FIPS mode.

  • Experience Portal must be set up in FIPS mode before running the FIPS script on Proactive Outreach Manager.
