Accessing Visual Voicemail messages

About this task

The counter next to the Inbox field displays the number of unread voice messages and the number of unread call recordings. If there are no new call recordings, the counter displays the unread voice messages.

Before you begin

Your phone administrator must enable this feature.

Procedure

  1. Press Main menu > Applications > Visual Voicemail.
  2. Optional Enter your access PIN.
  3. Toggle to Inbox and press Select.

    The phone displays the list of voice messages. Unread messages are marked with a red dot.
