Adding an org unit

About this task

You can add an organization unit and use it to create groups.

Procedure

  1. From System Admin, go to General > Org Units.
  2. On the Org Units page, click Add.

    System Admin displays the Add dialog box.

  3. In the Name field, type a name for the organization unit.
  4. From the Verint Organization list, click a Verint organization unit.

    This field maps the Verint organization with the organization unit.

  5. Click Add.
