Getting data from server for the voicemail template

About this task

When you add or edit a voicemail template, you can use the get data from server button to populate the values in the voicemail template.

Procedure

  1. From System Admin, go to Templates > Voicemail.
  2. Do one of the following:

    • To add a new template, do the following:

      1. Click Add.

      2. Click Get Data from Server.

        System Admin displays the Get Template Data From Server dialog box.

      3. In the Identifier field, type Voicemail number.

      4. In the Server field, select the server.

      5. Click Get Template Data.

    • To edit a template, do the following:

      1. Find the voicemail template to update and click the Edit icon.

      2. Click Get Data from Server.

        System Admin displays the Get Template Data From Server dialog box.

      3. In the Identifier field, type Voicemail number.

      4. Click Get Template Data.

    System Admin populates the values in the new or the existing voicemail template with entries from the server.
