Exporting Call Management System template

About this task

You can export the list of existing Call Management System templates in .csv format.

Procedure

  1. From System Admin, go to Templates > CMS.

    System Admin displays the list of existing Call Management System templates.

  2. Click Export.

    System Admin downloads the Call Management System template files to your computer.
