Importing the Verint template

About this task

You can import a list of Verint templates to an existing Verint template list.

Before you begin

Fill in the details for each template, such as name. Save the spreadsheet file on your computer in the .csv format.

Procedure

  1. From System Admin, go to Template > Verint.

    System Admin displays the list of existing Verint templates.

  2. Click Import.
  3. Click Choose File, browse the spreadsheet file on your computer, and click Open.
  4. Optional Modify Bulk Request Name.
  5. Click Next.

    System Admin displays the status of the uploaded files.

  6. Click Submit.
