Getting data from server for the Communication Manager template

About this task

When you add or edit a Communication Manager template, you can use the get data from server button to populate the values in the Communication Manager template.

Procedure

  1. From System Admin, go to Templates > CM.
  2. Do one of the following:

    • To add a new template, do the following:

      1. Click Add.

      2. Click Get Data from Server.

        System Admin displays the Get Template Data From Server dialog box.

      3. In the Identifier field, type Station or AgentLoginID or VDN.

      4. In the Server field, select the server.

      5. Click Get Template Data.

    • To edit a template, do the following:

      1. Find the Communication Manager template to update and click the Edit icon.

      2. Click Get Data from Server.

        System Admin displays the Get Template Data From Server dialog box.

      3. In the Identifier field, type Station or AgentLoginID or VDN.

      4. Click Get Template Data.

    System Admin populates the values in the new or the existing Communication Manager template with entries from the server.
