Deleting an item

About this task

Use this procedure to permanently remove the currently-selected items from the report.

Procedure

  1. Select the item.
  2. Press Delete.

    The item is removed from the report and is no longer available to be pasted into the report.

  3. If you accidentally delete an item that you want to keep in the report, you can select Undo from the Edit menu if you have not done anything else. If you do not immediately realize that you inadvertently deleted an item, use the Insert menu to recreate the item.
