Voicemail Pro is a voicemail server that provides both basic voicemail features by default but is highly customizable to match customer requirements.
Voicemail Pro runs as a separate service from the IP Office telephony service.
For IP500 V2 systems it is supported in IP Office Preferred Edition and IP Office Subscription modes when run on a separate server. That server can be an IP Office Application server or a UCM module installed into the IP500 V2 control unit.
For IP Office PC-based servers, Voicemail Pro runs as a service on the primary IP Office server. If a secondary server is also present, that can also run a second Voicemail Pro service to support voicemail resilience.
