The IP Office uses CTI licenses to allow third-party applications to connect to the IP Office API interfaces. For example: TAPI, DevLink, and MTCTI.
For IP Office networks, the number of CTI licenses must match the number of IP Office systems in the network as follows:
Single IP Office system: 1 CTI license.
Up to 5 IP Office systems: 2 CTI licenses.
Up to 20 IP Office systems: 3 CTI licenses.
More than 20 IP Office systems: 4 CTI licenses.
For SCN networks, each IP500 V2 requires a single license and MTCTI connection.
