Embedded Voicemail is supported by IP Office IP500 V2 control units running in Basic Edition, Essential Edition, and Preferred Edition mode.
The basic service supported 2 ports and up to 15 hours of storage capacity for messages, announcements and greetings. This capacity can be increased up to 6 ports and 25 hours using the licenses below.
