Voicemail Pro support is enabled by IP Office Preferred Edition, Server Edition and Select mode system license. The license below enable additional capacity and features:
Voicemail ports - The maximum number of ports depends on the type of IP Office system and, for Linux-based servers, the server platform.
IP500 V2 with IP Office Application Server: 40.
IP Office Server Edition: 250.
IP Office Select: 250. 500 if using dual-active voicemail.
Text-to-Speech (TTS) - Enable the use of TTS to provide voicemail prompts in customized Voicemail Pro callflows.
Unified Messaging Services (UMS) - UMS services are supported for all licenses user profiles. UMS licenses are used to:
