Common issues with ZangSmsConnector

The following table lists the common problems that can occur with ZangSmsConnector and how to troubleshoot these issues:

ZangSmsConnectorGateway initialization failed!

Check if the Oceana Messaging Snapin key attribute value is same as the value in the OmniChannel Administration Database.

Service attributes value changes are not picked by the ZangSMSConnector

Restart the snap-in using the Stop or Start option available on the Service Management page.
