Administering TSAPI Link

  1. Log in to the Application Enablement Services interface as an administrator.
  2. In the left navigation pane, click AE ServicesTSAPITSAPI Links.

    The Application Enablement Services system displays the TSAPI Links page.
  3. Click Add Link.

  4. In Link, type a local available numeric value.
  5. In Switch Connection, select a relevant switch connection.
  6. In Switch CTI Link Number, select the CTI link number that you configured in the section AdministeringCTILinkForTSAPI.

    Retain the default values in the remaining fields.
  7. Click Apply Changes.
