Importing authorization certificate to POM trusted certificate

  1. Log in to Avaya Experience Portal.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Proactive OutreachManager.
  3. In the content pane, click ConfigurationsTrusted Certificates.
  4. Select the certificate, and click Import.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    Import the Breeze node certificate you exported in Exporting the Authorization Certificate from Breeze nodes. Import all node certificates to POM trusted certificate.
  5. Optional: Repeat step 2 to step 4 for additional Breeze nodes.
  6. Restart the POM services.
