POM supports WebRTC enabled agents, allowing the agents to handle interactions using their browser, without a physical phone or a softphone. POM can nail up WebRTC enabled agents and the agents can then handle outbound calls if Avaya Workspaces is integrated with WebRTC.
Important:
Do not select the Hide nailed-up interaction card option because if the nail-up call is hidden in WebRTC mode, an agent cannot drop the nail-up call, or hold or unhold the nail-up call.
