Deploy Avaya Workspaces for Call Center Elite.

Configure POM by following the sequence of tasks in the checklist for configuring a POM server.

Add the LDAP server certificates to the three Avaya Breeze® platform nodes of Avaya Workspaces for Call Center Elite Cluster 1 only.
For Avaya Workspaces for Call Center Elite large solutions, add the LDAP server certificates to the two Avaya Breeze® platform nodes of Avaya Workspaces for Call Center Elite Cluster 2 only.

Export the Authorization Certificate from Avaya Breeze® platform nodes and import it to POM trusted certificate.

Configure POM server details on System Manager.

Complete POM configurations such as contact list, campaign strategies, completion codes, and campaigns.
Note:
To avoid Network Time Protocol (NTP) error, POM server time must be synchronized with Avaya Breeze® platform server time.
