Use this procedure to create a CM login for POM in the CC Elite CTI configuration page.
  1. Log in to CM server from the Web browser https://<CMIP>
    STEP RESULT:
    Enter the Username as init or sroot and enter the Password.
  2. Select the Administration menu and choose Server (Maintenance).
  3. Select the Administrator Accounts option.
  4. On the Administrator Accounts page, select the Add Login option and select Privileged Administrator and click Submit.
  5. Enter the Login name pomcti.
  6. Select the Additional groups (profile) as prof18.
  7. Select the Select type of authentication as Password.
  8. Enter and confirm the password.
  9. Select No in Force password/key change on next login.
  10. Click Submit.
  11. Add the Username on POM server by clicking ManagerCC Elite Configurations Add CTI details.
