Use this procedure to configure Avaya Proactive Outreach Manager on Application Enablement Services.
Before you begin
  • Ensure no firewalls between the POM servers and CMS prevent RT_Socket connection.
  • In FIPS mode, ensure that the connection to AES is in secure mode and you have AES CA or Identity certificate imported into POM Truststore.

  1. Log in to Application Enablement Services.
  2. Enable the Standard Reserved Ports on the AES web page.
  3. Configure the Avaya Aura Application Enablement Services on the SMS Properties page.
  4. Use the Avaya Aura Application Enablement Services test client:
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    http://<IP address of AES>/sms/sms_test.php
  5. Enter the same username and password that you use to configure POM.
  6. Enter all the parameter details on the Connection Information page.
  7. Verify that the output has a password and a skill name is present.
