Before deploying the product, ensure that you know how to do the following:

• Manage VMware or AWS deployments.

  • For VMware deployments, you must be familiar with virtual machines using vCenter and vSphere.

  • For AWS deployments, you must be familiar with Amazon Machine Images (AMIs) and with the AWS Management console. For a list of supported browsers in AWS, see https://aws.amazon.com/console/faqs/#browser_support.

• Install, deploy, and use key Avaya Aura® components.

• Install, set up, and use the enterprise LDAP directory.

• Use basic Linux commands.
