Running a campaign

About this task

Run a campaign to ensure that Proactive Outreach functions in Avaya Experience Platform™.

Before you begin

Log in to Proactive Outreach.

Procedure

  1. Click Campaigns > Campaign Manager.
  2. For the campaign to run, click the Run now icon.
  3. In the navigation menu, click Dashboard.
  4. On the Active Campaigns tab, ensure that Proactive Outreach displays the campaign.
