Run a campaign to ensure that Proactive Outreach functions in Avaya Experience Platform™.

Before you begin

Log in to Proactive Outreach.

Procedure

Click Campaigns > Campaign Manager.
For the campaign to run, click .
In the navigation menu, click Dashboard.
On the Active Campaigns tab, ensure that Proactive Outreach displays the campaign.
