To add a virtual agent to Automation, configure the basic settings and save the BYOBot SIP virtual agent.

In the navigation pane, click .
On the Virtual Agents page, click and select New BYOBot SIP.
On the Basic tab, set up the basic settings as required.
To save the virtual agent, click Save Draft.
STEP RESULT:
The Virtual Agents page displays the BYOBot SIP virtual agent in the list of available virtual agents. You can continue editing the BYOBot SIP virtual agent later.
