Type a name for the new rule.

Select OneCloud.

Select ENGAGEMENT_PREROUTED.

Select the latest version.

Select the workflow to which you assign this rule.

The rank determines which workflows Orchestration triggers when the conditions of the rule are met. Orchestration triggers only the workflows with the highest rank. The higher the number you assign, the higher the rank.

The event and rank determine which rules are applicable. When you tie multiple rules to the same event, Orchestration uses the rule with the highest rank. In the case of equal ranks, all rules are valid and are used.

Use the filter to narrow down the scope of the rule.

Select the filter from the Key and define the attributes in the Value field.

If you do not define any filter for the rule, Orchestration does not apply narrowing and assigns the rule only based on event and rank.
