Deleting a mapping

Delete a mapping for an answer option in True/False or Options questions to replace all the configured variations. For example, for option yes, you can delete all variations, such as yeah and y. Ensure that you create a new mapping for the option after deleting an incorrect mapping.
  1. In the Self-service Flows view, locate the required self-service flow and click the Edit icon.
  2. Click the Flow creator tab.
  3. On the canvas, click the Input task with a True/False or Options question.
    STEP RESULT:
    Automation shows the Properties pane.
  4. Click the Mappings tab.
    STEP RESULT:
    Automation shows a new window.
  5. At the top of the window, configure the required combination of language and channel.
    STEP RESULT:
    Automation shows the list of mappings you configured for this combination.
  6. To delete the mapping, in the Actions column for the required option, click the Confirm deletion icon.
    STEP RESULT:
    Automation deletes all the values in the mapping for the option.
